Returns

Damages and Issues

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If your product is confirmed to be deficient, damaged, or incorrect, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds will only be issued in these cases. We may request photo evidence or additional information to process your claim.


Non-Returnable Items

As we do not accept returns, all items—including personal care goods, sale items, and gift cards—are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
